In recent years, in various forms, such as studying for Ph.D, visiting scholar, further education
and joint study, 22 person-times of the College of Life Science went to study in
universities and research units of international fame, such as Johns Hopkins University,
Duke University, Suny-Buffalo, Texas University in America, Tokyo University, Tokyo University
of Agriculture and Technology, Iwate Biotechnology Research Center in Japan,
Oxford University, Cambridge University in Britain, Technische Universitat Munchen in
German, Mcgill University, Toronto University in Canada, Australia's National University.
The College have invited near 20 person-times of specialists and experts from UCSD,
Johns Hopkins, NIH, Baylor College of Medicine in America, Max-Planck-Institute of
Plant Physiology in Germany, Tokyo University in Japan to come and give lectures in
our College. At the same time, the College has invited excellent young scholars from
"Hundred Talents Plan" of the Chinese Academic of Sciences to give lectures. All these
exchange activities play an active role in promoting the development of the College of
Life Science. |
